The 2008 World Congress in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Applied Computing WORLDCOMP'08, for the Middle East and Near far East regions will be held June 24 – 26, 2008 at the Courtyard Hotel, Al- Rayeh, Kuwait.
http://www.world-academy-of-science-kuwait.org/home.htmThis major and unprecedented event is composed of 25 conferences held simultaneously in Kuwait and for the first time outside the USA. Given the security conditions in almost all European and North American airports post 9/11, the motivation behind this gathering is to lighten the burden of traveling too far to publish in prestigious and world class conferences. The submitted research papers of authors from the Middle East and Near Far East region will be refereed by the US-Based Scientific Committees of the World Academy of Sciences. Authors of accepted papers present their work in Kuwait while publishing in the proceedings of International Computer Sciences, Engineering and Applied Computing Conferences of the World Academy of Sciences.
PAPER SUBMISSION AND PUBLICATION

Papers should neither have been published elsewhere nor currently
under review by another conference or journal. The paper formatting follows the standard double columns IEEE standards.
